Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated leader to take on the disciplinary and technical management of a team of IT specialists focused on Managed Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing the operational processes for Azure and M365 cloud services, ensuring the smooth running of the cloud infrastructure, and continuously optimizing existing workflows by implementing best practices. You will be responsible for resource planning, supporting budget activities, and collaborating closely with 1st Level Support, Service Delivery, and Sales to ensure seamless processes. A key element is fostering team growth through regular feedback, goal setting, and individual development plans. Successful candidates must possess several years of experience in IT operations, strong competence in Azure/M365 environments, and proven initial leadership experience.
