This role is perfect for a service-oriented professional seeking to coordinate and optimize IT support operations within a dynamic IT service provider environment. Key responsibilities include categorizing, prioritizing, and efficiently dispatching incoming support tickets to appropriate technical staff based on skills and SLA requirements. The coordinator will actively monitor ticket progress, manage escalations, coordinate field and remote support assignments, and maintain clear customer communication regarding status updates.
