Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and directing the Global Services Implementation Team, which comprises over 60 professionals across Germany and France, covering Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Architecture, Development, and Quality Assurance. The Director will be responsible for developing and communicating a compelling vision and strategy for the team, aligning with goals for customer satisfaction and project execution excellence. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring Chapter Leads, defining KPIs, managing recruitment and budget planning, and ensuring the implementation of company-wide standards in close coordination with Delivery Operations. Candidates must possess multi-year leadership experience in software implementation or Professional Services, particularly within Asset & Wealth Management solutions, coupled with strong project management skills and technical know-how.
