Job Summary

The Robert Bosch Stiftung is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Finance and Accounting Specialist to join their team in Stuttgart starting March 1, 2026. This role is crucial for supporting the Finance, Accounting, and Controlling departments, with a strong focus on meticulous Accounts Payable management. Daily responsibilities include the careful review and booking of incoming invoices, processing employee travel expense reports, executing structured and timely payment transactions, and handling invoice returns. Beyond accounts payable, the specialist will be responsible for timely regulatory reporting to authorities, performing regular reconciliation of general and subsidiary ledgers, processing rebookings accurately, and assisting with special tasks such as cost compilations, system tests, and process documentation. The ideal candidate must possess completed commercial vocational training with an accounting focus and demonstrate several years of professional experience specifically in Accounts Payable. This position offers a varied role within the philanthropic sector, requiring excellent German and good English skills, along with strong teamwork abilities.
