Job Summary
This role involves supporting exciting IT rollout and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) projects for clients in the Tuttlingen region and across Southern Germany. The technician will be responsible for executing service orders via a company smartphone, primarily focusing on the setup, dismantling, and modification of client systems and printers. Key daily tasks include basic configuration and installation of PCs, notebooks, and printers, alongside meticulous documentation of all activities using the Inventox system. Successful candidates require fundamental knowledge of rollout, relocation, and rollback procedures, proven experience handling IMAC service tickets, and a highly reliable, precise, and service-oriented approach to work. This position is attractive due to its permanent contract, fully covered travel expenses, and a degree of planning predictability (10–15 days lead time), though it requires significant flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Southern Germany.
