Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Quality Assurance team at a German medical device manufacturer specializing in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) by creating and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process instructions. Key duties include managing non-conformities, complaints, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), as well as developing and updating Post Market Surveillance (PMS) plans and reports. The ideal candidate should hold a Master of Science in Biology, Bio-Technology, or a related field, and possess initial professional experience, ideally with QMS. A proactive, hands-on mentality, and a highly precise, structured approach to laboratory work and documentation are essential for success in this multinational, growing company.
