Job Summary

This role is for an engaged specialist to join a German medical device manufacturer specializing in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting research, product development, and the maintenance of existing products and processes. Day-to-day activities include acting as a product and process expert, participating in R&D projects, developing and validating new methods, and generating innovative product ideas based on market observation. The specialist will also be responsible for laboratory and equipment maintenance and driving product and method improvements through Life-Cycle Management. Key qualifications include a degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field, or relevant professional experience as a laboratory technician.
