Job Summary

This crucial role involves actively shaping the energy transition by establishing the digital foundation for future-proof network construction and maintenance management through Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The IT Operations Analyst will primarily focus on monitoring the central EAM corporate platform, ensuring system stability and performance by generating a holistic view from various system data. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive monitoring concepts for interfaces and performance, defining relevant KPIs, and visualizing this data through dashboards and robust alerting systems. The successful candidate will coordinate load tests to drive platform optimization and standardize monitoring tools and standards across the group. This position requires a background in IT or Business Informatics, strong analytical skills to navigate complex IT landscapes, and practical experience with monitoring tools like New Relic. You will contribute directly to the standardization and digitalization of critical network processes while working within agile methodologies.
