Job Summary

Join a dynamic 6-person team within the Energy Trading department of a leading independent green energy provider in Germany, focusing on sustainable solutions for power, heat, and mobility. This role involves critical energy data management responsibilities, ensuring compliance with market procedures (MaBiS), and maintaining accurate balancing and master data. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating closely with internal colleagues and external market partners, utilizing the Belvis Energy Data Management system for data maintenance, and generating essential short, medium, and long-term forecasts. You will be responsible for verifying market processes, managing portfolio assignments, and producing detailed reports and analyses. A key component of the role is contributing ideas for process optimization and automation. Candidates should possess a commercial background or a degree in Energy Economics or a related field, coupled with professional experience in the energy sector, ideally within energy data and balancing group management. The position offers flexible working models and hybrid work options (two days remote) in either Düsseldorf or Berlin.
