Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as an IT Coordination Specialist, located in Merseburg, involves managing and supporting specialized IT applications within the Department for Building Regulations and Monument Protection. The core responsibilities include providing comprehensive First-Level Support, both on-site and digitally, handling error management, prioritizing issues, and acting as the primary interface to external IT service providers. You will also be responsible for conducting targeted training sessions for users on data maintenance and administration, creating editorial content, and assisting with interface connectivity. Furthermore, the role requires active participation in digitization projects, supporting data protection and information security structures, and contributing to process recording, modeling, and optimization. Candidates should possess a relevant vocational qualification in administration or IT management, strong analytical skills, and fluent German proficiency (C1 level).

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, Clerk for Digitization Management, Specialist for Media and Information Services, or Clerk for IT System Management. Alternatively, successful completion of a BI training course.
