Job Summary

This role is centered on supporting the German scientific community as an IT Business Analyst and Application Manager within the central administration's IT and Infrastructure group. The core responsibilities involve the application management of critical Microsoft 365 products, specifically MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Entra ID, Dataverse, and the MS PowerPlatform. Day-to-day tasks include handling, processing, and resolving application-specific IT issues, providing expert customer consultation, and planning and executing necessary system adjustments. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and possesses proven experience managing M365 applications and Entra ID. This position offers an attractive, permanent contract with compensation based on TVöD pay grade 11, highly flexible working hours (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and the option for mobile work up to three days per week, supporting a modern and balanced professional life.
