IT Specialist, Change and Test Management | Wirtschaftsinformatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role as an IT Specialist focuses on ensuring quality and stability within the organization's IT infrastructure by managing critical processes. The incumbent will be responsible for the continuous development of the Change Management process, adhering strictly to ITIL standards. Daily tasks involve analyzing and tracking change requests, leading the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and coordinating comprehensive testing for various IT systems. A key aspect is the planning and development of test concepts, including the introduction of test automation tools to enhance efficiency. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Informatics or Business Informatics, coupled with practical experience in both IT Test Management (planning, documentation, acceptance) and ITIL-based Change Management. Required Skills
Education
Completed Bachelor's or Diploma degree, preferably in Informatics, Business Informatics, or a STEM field.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Test Management (planning, execution, documentation, and acceptance)
- Professional experience and knowledge of Change Management according to ITIL
- Experience utilizing Test Management Tools and automated testing concepts
