Job Summary

A Senior Business Consultant is sought to join the Professional Services Team in Freiburg, focusing on Project Controlling, Field Service, and CRM for the Haufe X360 ERP-Cloud solution. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting implementation partners, ensuring they can independently deploy the ERP solution, and acting as a Spot-Consultant to guarantee project adherence to time and budget plans. A core function involves translating complex customer needs into actionable requirements and exciting features, balancing technical feasibility with legal compliance. The ideal candidate must possess deep ERP product knowledge, multi-year experience as an ERP Cloud Consultant, and expertise in requirements management and business process modeling. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to build long-term, successful partner and customer relationships, while actively helping to expand the partner implementation network.
