Job Summary

This field-based role involves the technical planning and site assessment necessary for expanding a network of parcel stations. The specialist will conduct on-site evaluations, meticulously checking structural criteria and documenting conditions using photos and measurements to produce technical site inspection reports crucial for decision-making. A significant part of the role involves external communication, including acquisition and consultation meetings with potential site partners, such as retailers and property owners, and negotiating site usage contracts. Success requires a completed technical or trade qualification (e.g., in construction or electrical trades), strong spatial reasoning, and proven experience in customer acquisition and contract negotiation. The position demands high self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area, utilizing digital tools and MS Office for precise documentation.
