Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior Project Manager and Electrical Engineer to lead complex infrastructure, retrofit, and modernization projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, steering, and technical implementation of these initiatives, focusing on optimizing system architectures, material flow, and automation solutions. A key component of the role involves integrating modern Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, data integration, and digital twins, to drive process and performance optimization. Day-to-day tasks include creating technical specifications, managing project risks, and ensuring compliance with electrical standards and safety requirements. Required qualifications include a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of project leadership experience, and deep technical knowledge of control systems (Siemens S7/TIA Portal, SCADA) and fieldbus technologies. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication within this international environment.
