Job Summary

This role involves providing strategic analysis and steering support for the People Services Organization by evaluating HR key figures, service volumes, and quality indicators. The Expert will be responsible for creating well-founded management reports, presentations, and decision-making documents for HR leadership and the Executive Board. A core focus includes the conceptual evaluation, standardization, and development of HR service and payroll-related processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and governance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in strategic HR functions, HR analytics, and reporting, coupled with deep knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and administrative structures. Experience with SAP HR is required, and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (especially Compensation, Reporting, and Analytics modules) is a significant advantage. This position acts as a crucial interface between People Services, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Finance, driving the sustainable professionalization of the organization.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or comparable field

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in strategically aligned HR functions (e.g., HR Operations, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, or Payroll-related areas)
  • Demonstrated experience in HR Analytics, HR Reporting, and KPI systems
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end HR processes, particularly in administrative and payroll-related HR structures
  • Experience in developing and standardizing HR service and payroll-related processes
  • Experience in strategic HR projects (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, HR Performance Management)
