Job Summary

This role focuses on optimizing business processes by serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and development teams, primarily focusing on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS). The Business Process Manager will analyze requirements from various departments, design optimal processes, and translate these into concepts and documentation for internal or external development teams. Day-to-day activities involve managing planning-related projects, monitoring timelines and resources, conducting software testing, and implementing developed solutions into production. A key part of the job is providing expert consulting on software solutions to global sites, ensuring effective process handling, and supporting the integration of these solutions with SAP R3/S4 modules. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant technical or business field, extensive experience in business process modeling, and fluency in both German and English.

Education

University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

  • Extensive knowledge in Business Process Modelling and Data Analytics
  • Experience in SAP R3/S4 PP with a fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Proven experience in Project Management with successful leadership of projects from initiation to completion
