Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Load and Performance Tester to join an intercultural team focused on digital standards and services, helping to digitize the world and simplify daily life for citizens and businesses. The core responsibilities involve close collaboration with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve performance issues and implement optimizations. Day-to-day tasks include executing various performance tests—such as load, stress, and scalability tests—and developing comprehensive test plans defining objectives and scope. You will be responsible for creating automated test scripts using industry-standard tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling, and monitoring system performance using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. A key part of the job is analyzing complex system metrics, identifying bottlenecks based on test results, and providing clear recommendations for optimization. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science or a related field and brings at least five years of relevant professional experience, along with fluent English (C1) and intermediate German (B2) skills.
