Job Summary

This role seeks an Expert C++ Software Architect to drive the embedded software development for Naval systems within HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH. The core responsibility involves the conception, development, and strategic maintenance of a cross-sectional software platform. Day-to-day tasks include performing requirement analysis, specifying and evolving the software architecture, leading technical discussions, and ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of the solutions. The architect will also select and manage external development partners and utilize agile development methods for planning. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with extensive professional experience as a Software Architect. Expertise in modern software technologies and architectures is essential, along with very good proficiency in both German and English.
