Job Summary

This Manager IT Delivery Enablement & Strategy Execution position is crucial for driving strategic initiatives within the Cyber & Information Security department at BioNTech in Mainz. The role involves leading and managing the entire project portfolio for the department, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, and successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing departmental OKRs and KPIs, tracking delivery progress across sub-teams, resolving escalations, and addressing audit findings. The ideal candidate must possess strong project management expertise, methodical problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, particularly in English. A Master’s degree in economics, law, or business engineering, or equivalent professional experience, is required, along with practical experience in PMO, quality management, and change management to optimize departmental processes and enhance efficiency.
