Job Summary

This role is centered on providing comprehensive IT support for one of Europe's leading IT service providers, specifically serving their major client, Daimler. The specialist will manage the configuration and utilization of mobile devices, primarily iPhones and iPads (iOS), alongside handling the full lifecycle management of IT workstations. Daily tasks include executing installations, de-installations, relocations, and changes to IT workplaces, as well as setting up and commissioning standard hardware such as HP/Lenovo devices, label printers, scanners, and other peripherals. A core responsibility involves processing incident tickets both remotely and on-site using ITSM/ServiceNow. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT Systems Integration or a comparable field, coupled with initial professional experience in a large corporate environment and familiarity with Windows 10/11 and iOS. Strong communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and fluent German are essential for success in this full-time, permanent position, which offers excellent career opportunities.
