This role is with a leading IT service provider in Germany, focusing on delivering essential onsite IT support directly to customers. The specialist will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of end-user hardware and software, including performing onsite support interventions, setting up, configuring, and deploying new workstations, and managing Teams telephony integration. A core function involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions directly at the client location. Additionally, the specialist will handle the maintenance of various hardware and media technology, and manage IT assets, including inventory and storage administration of customer hardware. Successful candidates must have a completed professional qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, combined with several years of experience in hardware support and user assistance.
