A key part of the job is coordinating the technical implementation across internal departments, external partners, authorities, and civil engineering firms to guarantee a smooth process. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Economics, or a related field, coupled with practical experience collaborating with network operators and a deep understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., EnWG, NAV). Strong project management capabilities, proficiency with tools like MS Project, and confident negotiation skills are essential for success in this demanding coordination role.
