Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Specialist focuses on providing essential technical support for customer-related projects throughout the production and installation phases. A core daily responsibility involves performing detailed fault analysis and resolution for complex IT systems, ensuring high operational availability and minimizing downtime. You will also be tasked with creating and meticulously maintaining comprehensive customer documentation. To be successful, you must possess completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronics Technician or IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) and demonstrate excellent knowledge of current hardware and Microsoft operating systems. Basic familiarity with Linux and Windows scripting is also a key requirement.
