Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional focusing on Business Intelligence (BI) and ERP systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the continuous development of BI data concepts, optimizing key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks, and selecting and applying suitable BI programs. The specialist will be responsible for creating dashboards, integrating new data sources, and providing support for ERP systems, including participation in system release changes. A key aspect of the role involves collaborating on the introduction and redesign of internal processes and conducting training sessions and workshops for colleagues. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Informatics or equivalent, coupled with substantial, multi-year experience in both ERP and BI environments. Success in this position requires strong IT skills, excellent German proficiency, good English skills, and a structured, responsible approach to cross-departmental teamwork.
