Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Security Specialist to take responsibility for the security posture of the company and its clients. Day-to-day tasks involve the conceptualization and implementation of advanced technical security solutions, including Zero Trust architecture, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). A core function is developing comprehensive IT emergency concepts, security policies, and documentation, alongside actively localizing, assessing, and remediating IT vulnerabilities. The specialist will also play a crucial role in employee sensitization and training, support external security audits, and contribute to the ongoing development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). Ideal candidates possess a completed degree or vocational training in Computer Science, specialized security training, and excellent conceptual abilities, preferably with knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, BSI Basic Protection, and NIS2. This position offers an unrestricted contract and significant flexibility through flextime and mobile working options.
