Job Summary

This role seeks a Planning Engineer specializing in Municipal Water Management to contribute to sustainable infrastructure projects within the BKW Engineering Network of Excellence. Daily responsibilities include providing planning services up to HOAI service phase 5 for urban drainage and property drainage systems, conducting complex hydraulic calculations, and coordinating utility line planning for new residential and commercial developments. A critical component of the job is managing sewer rehabilitation projects and ensuring all projects meet strict targets regarding schedule, cost, and quality. Candidates should possess an engineering degree or a comparable technical background. While three years of professional experience in water management is desirable, motivated entry-level professionals are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency with specialized tools like BricsCAD, BBSoft, Hystem-Extran, and AVA programs is required to succeed in this impactful position.
