Job Summary

This Senior Project Manager role involves the holistic coordination and execution of complex projects within Technical Building Services (TGA/MEP). Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle, from proposal processing and rigorous cost planning/control to steering internal processes and supporting construction phases up to final calculation. The successful candidate will act as the primary, competent technical contact for clients and external stakeholders, communicating project enthusiasm effectively. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman, Certified Technician, or Engineering qualification in HVAC, Sanitary, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with strong business management knowledge and at least five years of experience in project planning and leadership. This position requires a structured, solution-oriented work approach and expertise across all planning and execution phases (1-9) of HOAI/VOB/AHO, contributing to sustainable, future-oriented engineering solutions as part of a leading German firm.
