This role as an IT Onsite Service Technician in Munich involves providing critical technical support, focusing on hardware and software troubleshooting and repair for client systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving issues across client PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals, managing the installation and replacement of components, and ensuring strict adherence to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs). A key responsibility is self-sufficient problem tracking, escalation, and thorough documentation of all work results. The successful candidate must possess strong technical acumen, including good knowledge of at least two current operating systems (Client/Server/Network) and proficiency in Office suite installation and setup.
