Job Summary

The Internal Repair Manager is sought to join the Aviation team, focusing on the comprehensive management of internal repair orders for both civil and military clients. Key daily responsibilities include the creation, monitoring, and management of these orders, ensuring all customer deliveries and processes are handled in a timely and quality-compliant manner. A critical aspect of the role involves proactive communication with customers regarding order progress, monitoring relevant customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performing interface management with all involved stakeholders to uphold contractual commitments. Furthermore, the manager will be responsible for the administration and optimization of spare parts inventory required for repair processes, as well as organizing and processing the shipment of components to customers or logistics platforms.
