Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional providing essential 1st Level support to customers at designated Techlounge locations in Frankfurt. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling defined customer issues, creating and managing support tickets using systems like SNOW, and providing hands-on assistance with a wide range of hardware, including Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads (including BYOD). The specialist will troubleshoot operating system issues (Windows 10, MacOS, iOS/iPadOS) and common software like MS Office and Citrix VDI. Key qualifications include very strong proficiency in both German and English, coupled with technical expertise in Active Directory, MS Office 365, Bitlocker, and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
