Job Summary

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV), Europe's largest statutory pension insurer, is seeking multiple Digitalization Experts to join its Digital Work Environment, Corporate Culture, and Innovation unit. Based in Frankfurt (Oder) or Berlin, this role focuses on planning, implementing, and supporting digitalization projects across the organization. The expert will facilitate administrative work through process automation, optimization, or by providing assistance systems, leveraging existing products or selecting, developing, and implementing new ones. This involves applying knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), process automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), alongside strong process and project management skills. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the modernization of the core system for case processing, utilizing agile software development and modern technologies, making it an attractive role for professionals passionate about driving digital transformation in a secure public service environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma (FH)) in Computer Science or Business Informatics, OR a completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma (FH)) in another MINT field with additional training/further education in Software Engineering, AI Development, or Process Automation.

Experience

  • Initial experience in business process management or business process analysis and optimization
  • Theoretical or practical knowledge in the application and implementation of Machine Learning models, Generative AI, RPA, and Large Language Models
  • Practical experience in digitalization, particularly in the planning, conceptualization, and implementation of digitalization projects
  • In-depth knowledge of working in projects
