Job Summary

This crucial role involves technical monitoring and quality assurance for the Federal Highway Company (Autobahn GmbH) in Southern Bavaria, ensuring safe and efficient execution of major infrastructure projects. The supervisor will primarily oversee and control the execution of earthworks, pavement construction, and drainage measures along highways. Key day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous quality assurance checks, verifying compliance with contractual specifications, and managing the financial aspects of construction projects by preparing measurements/quantity surveys and meticulously reviewing and compiling final billing documentation from contractors. The ideal candidate must possess a State-Certified Civil Engineering Technician qualification (focusing on civil engineering/deep construction) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with practical experience in road construction, preferably on highways.
