Job Summary

This remote Rollout Technician role involves the comprehensive planning, implementation, and ongoing development of IT services for a state authority. A primary focus will be the large-scale, nationwide rollout of Windows 11 to over 40,000 mobile devices across 700+ sites, currently managed using MS Intune. Day-to-day tasks include consulting on IT services, developing technical implementation recommendations, conducting feasibility checks through pilot phases, and drafting decision templates for management. The successful candidate will also support the overall infrastructure, system administration, and System Operations (SysOPs) teams. Key requirements include completed vocational training in IT, extensive professional experience with large device fleets, and expert knowledge of MS Intune and Windows 11 mobile device management.
