The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous development of the IT system landscape within the North Rhine-Westphalia State Parliament administration. Key daily activities include the conception, administration, and operation of Microsoft 365 products (such as Teams, Azure, or Entra) and central commercial applications, managed both in the internal data center and via cloud services. The role involves coordinating internal and external partners, managing small to medium-sized IT projects, and implementing optimization measures to enhance efficiency. A critical focus is maintaining IT security, evaluating potential threats, and ensuring strict compliance with data protection and regulatory guidelines.
