Candidates must possess a scientific university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Management, Administrative Sciences) and proven expertise in organizational, project, and process management, along with experience in managing change processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed relevant scientific university degree (Master, Magister, Diploma Univ.) in Organizational Management, Administrative or Political Sciences, Social, Labor, or Economic Sciences, Organizational Sociology or Psychology, or first and second state legal examinations. Equivalent qualifications or related fields are also considered.

Experience

  • Professional experience demonstrated expertise in Organizational, Project, and Process Management
  • Professional experience in accompanying change processes
  • Experience in conducting complex organizational projects (desirable)
  • Knowledge of administrative structures and procedures in the public sector (desirable)
