Job Summary

As a Specialist Construction Supervisor for track systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and compliant execution of investment and maintenance projects in railway track infrastructure. This role involves ensuring safe railway operations, managing changes in construction processes, and acting as the client's representative on-site. You will instruct external service providers on local and operational conditions, verify resource capacities, and strictly enforce occupational safety, environmental, and fire protection measures. Additionally, you will control the technical and commercial aspects of construction services from external providers, document progress, identify defects, and communicate with central control points. This position requires a proactive, structured approach, a willingness to work outdoors, and flexibility for night and weekend shifts, with a company car provided for regional travel.
