Job Summary

This role involves working as an Aircraft Installation Electrician for Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg, focusing on the preparation, installation, testing, and maintenance of critical electrical components within aircraft structures. Day-to-day tasks include reading work orders, preparing electrical components (such as cable bundles and brackets), installing, routing, connecting, and assembling these parts, often requiring specialized skills like soldering, crimping, and torquing. A crucial part of the job involves rigorous testing, including mass testing, as well as systematic fault finding and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician or Aircraft Electronics Technician and relevant professional experience in electrical engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance. The position requires fluent German and basic English proficiency, along with the ability to work independently, responsibly, and integrate effectively into a team environment, including participation in a mandatory 2-shift operation.
