Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Software Test Engineer focused on enhancing software quality within a high-tech manufacturer specializing in communication technology for the defense industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development, adaptation, and application of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for both new and existing software components. A core function involves performing both manual and automated tests, meticulously documenting results, and generating detailed defect reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and advancing test automation frameworks. Success requires a background in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with fundamental knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, and Jenkins, and experience with bug-tracking systems such as Jira.
