Job Summary

This role involves the end-to-end development of complex hardware components, specializing in high-performance power electronics and mixed analog-digital circuits, ensuring they meet series production readiness. Key responsibilities include designing sophisticated circuits utilizing components like OpAmps, ADCs, DACs, FPGAs, Power-MOSFETs, and SMPS. The engineer will be crucial in designing multilayer PCB layouts, focusing on high-frequency (HF) signal integrity and impedance control, while strictly adhering to standards such as IPC, VDE, MIL, and EMC. Day-to-day tasks involve prototyping, integrating electronic systems for video processing and communication (CAN, Ethernet, I²C), coordinating with external development partners, and defining mechatronics and software interfaces. This position is attractive due to a permanent contract, above-average compensation, project ownership, flat hierarchies, and flexible, hybrid working models, allowing the engineer to actively shape future innovations.
