Job Summary

This role involves establishing robust security standards and developing systems for attack detection within the State Dam Administration (LTV). The Information Security Officer will be responsible for creating and continuously updating security policies, developing security and emergency concepts based on BSI IT-Grundschutz standards, and providing expert consultation to decentralized operations and central departments on implementation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating security measures, managing the technical development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) software, analyzing and responding to security incidents, and performing risk assessments of vulnerabilities. Candidates must possess a university degree in IT Security or a related technical field, deep knowledge of ISMS, BSI IT-Grundschutz, and corporate IT infrastructures. This is a critical, permanent position offering a responsible field of work within the public sector, requiring a strategic and analytical mindset.
