Job Summary

This role is dedicated to designing and developing modern IT and Operational Technology (OT) architectures within robust on-premise structures for Hamburg's public transport system. The IT/OT Architect will join an agile team focused on optimizing the private cloud and ensuring the highest security and compliance standards across critical infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing complex integration and migration projects, with a strong emphasis on Linux-based environments, and continuously advancing domain and role concepts. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and several years of experience in a comparable architecture role. Essential technical skills include profound knowledge of Linux and Windows administration, automation, virtualization technologies, network infrastructure, and routine application of IT/OT security standards.
