Job Summary

This is a responsible and varied role as an IT Support Specialist within a rapidly growing, sustainable food production company based in Lüneburg. The core focus involves delivering critical First and Second-Level IT support to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and end devices. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, managing user accounts and access rights, and documenting all IT processes and support cases. The specialist will also actively contribute to IT projects and system rollouts. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) and demonstrable experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows environments, network technology, and Microsoft 365.
