Job Summary
This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a renowned IT service company in the Berlin/Brandenburg area. The specialist will be responsible for the setup and configuration of IT workstations, including participation in IT rollouts and office moves. Key daily tasks include the installation, replacement, and maintenance of standard and specialized hardware such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology for conference rooms. A crucial part of the job is managing IT equipment inventory, processing tickets, and providing user support and training for new systems in a customer-oriented manner. Ideal candidates should possess a completed IT education or relevant professional experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft products, excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, and a Class B driving license to fulfill the mobility requirements of the role.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Management Assistant) or relevant certifications.
Experience

- Relevant professional experience in IT support (for career changers)
