Job Summary

As a Service Technician specializing in Electrical and Building Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational safety and smooth functioning of various managed properties. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting essential DGUV V3 inspections on mobile and variable systems, performing rapid fault analysis and troubleshooting, and executing routine maintenance on central switching and control cabinets. You will also manage regular site inspections, comprehensive testing, and technical supervision of external service providers, ensuring meticulous digital documentation of all activities. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed vocational qualification as an Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, excellent German communication skills, and a mandatory Class B driver's license for travel between sites.
