Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Building Services Technician specializing in electrical engineering, responsible for maintaining operational safety across multiple properties. Day-to-day tasks involve performing critical safety checks, such as DGUV V3 testing on mobile and changeable systems, conducting rapid fault analysis and repair, and meticulously inspecting central control and switching cabinets. The technician will also manage quality checks through regular site rounds, coordinate external specialist firms, and ensure accurate digital documentation of all maintenance activities. Key qualifications include completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, coupled with initial experience in technical facility management. The successful candidate must possess a Class B driver's license, excellent German communication skills, and a strong hands-on, autonomous work ethic.
