Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Support Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive hardware and software support directly at customer locations throughout the Thuringia and Saxony regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, configuration, and user instruction for various IT workplaces, encompassing desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. A critical component of the job involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical disturbances related to desktops, networks, and Microsoft Windows systems, alongside meticulous documentation of all service tickets and assistance with IT rollouts. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, coupled with solid experience in troubleshooting standard IT equipment. This position requires excellent customer and service orientation, a reliable, solution-focused approach, fluent German skills, and mandatory willingness to travel within the assigned area.
