Job Summary

This role involves acting as a crucial interface between business stakeholders and the Developer Team, focusing on end-to-end business process analysis and IT solution integration. The specialist will analyze and document processes using diagrams, descriptions, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational success. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary IT contact for selected applications, managing support, and driving team-based development. The successful candidate will gather and specify technical requirements, translating them into Epics and User Stories in Jira and documenting them in Confluence. They will also manage change requests, support IT solution conceptualization and integration, assist with testing and stakeholder acceptance, and develop user documentation and training materials. A strong background in IT, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in both German and English are essential for this full-time, permanent position based in Vienna, Austria.
