This strategic role focuses on driving the digital transformation of the Wilo Group across Europe by managing AI integration and strategy. The Manager will oversee and strategically align all regional AI initiatives with the global corporate strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying synergy potential, consolidating diverse AI use cases (covering predictive analytics, automation, and generative AI), and standardizing AI tools and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability. Success measurement and transparent reporting to European and global management are critical components. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) and possesses professional experience in digital transformation and AI, ideally within an international context.
