Job Summary

This crucial role focuses on training and developing apprentices by imparting specialized, hands-on knowledge in electrical systems, electronics, and automation technology. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and verifying operational training plans, delivering both theoretical instruction and practical skills training, and rigorously preparing trainees for their final Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) examinations. The instructor will also actively contribute to the development and implementation of training content and participate in personnel recruitment activities. To succeed, candidates must have completed vocational training in a recognized technical electronics profession and possess a mandatory Instructor Aptitude Certificate (Ausbildereignungsschein).
